To make a lavender infusion all you have to do is:

  1. Boil 1L of water over high heat
  2. Add the lavender leaves and flowers
  3. Turn off the heat, cover and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and ready

You can also make a cold infusion with white vinegar.

  1. Place the flowers in a glass jar
  2. Add white vinegar to cover the lavender leaves and flowers.
  3. Cover and let rest for 28 days.
  4. Then you can strain
