Distributor Collaboration Information

We're sharing our collaboration policies that will help us provide better service and provide relevant information to our distributors.

Remember that if you need our help to request an express shipment, information about your shipment, confirmation of your payment, place an order or anything else that requires a response from us, our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

SHIPPING

  • Shipping cost : Shipping cost is free for our distributors on purchases equal to or greater than $2,500 retail price.
  • Express shipping: If you want express shipping the cost is $50, the parcel service does NOT guarantee delivery the next day, however it will be the service requested from the parcel service, request it in our customer service WhatsApp or by email (express shipping cannot be applied to online purchases).
  • Delivery Time : Packages are shipped no later than two days after your payment has been made. Delivery by courier takes between 3 and 5 business days. We do our best to ensure your package arrives quickly.
  • Delivery Schedule : Due to carrier policies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Estafeta, etc.), it is not possible to schedule a delivery time. Delivery attempts can be made from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; however, a specific delivery time cannot be chosen.
  • Delivery : The courier will make up to three delivery attempts to the address you specified when placing your order. We suggest you register an address where someone will always be available to receive the package, as the courier does not call to notify you when they are on their way or away from home.
  • Package not received : The courier will make two delivery attempts to the address you specified when placing your order. We suggest you register an address where someone will always be able to receive the package.
    Otherwise, we recommend contacting us to request direct pickup at the branch. You'll have 5 business days to pick it up.
  • Returned Package : In this case, if your package is returned to us after delivery attempts and the week it remains in the branch, we will resend your package to you at a cost of $113.
  • Change of address : If you want to change your address, please let us know as soon as possible, as we cannot make a change if the package has already been shipped.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment for merchandise : Once you have placed and reviewed your order, you can make payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card on the website.
  • Payment by bank transfer : If you are paying by bank transfer, please send us the receipt or let us know that you have already made the transfer via WhatsApp or email.
  • Payment on the website : Only payments under $5,000 can be made on the website with a credit or debit card. To make an online purchase, you must use special codes to apply the discount.
  • Paypal Payment: You can make your purchase on the website through Paypal , and you can pay up to $10,000 with a credit or debit card. If you don't have an account or need help, contact us and we'll tell you how.

PRODUCTS AND SAMPLES

  • Products that arrived damaged : It is our responsibility to deliver the products to you in good condition. It is important that you check all the products upon receipt of the package so you can let us know if anything did not arrive properly and we will replace it as soon as possible. Replacement products are free of charge. (Because our blushes and bronzers do not have a binding agent, they always have a little dust or small cracks. If you are unsure if this is correct, send us a photo.)
  • Products that are damaged or close to expiration : If you have products that are damaged or in poor condition and have 6 months left on them, we will exchange them for you. Simply request the exchange via WhatsApp or email and send us a photo of the product and the batch. Products with an expiration date of less than 3 months cannot be sold.
  • Expired product : If you have an expired product, it can no longer be sold or exchanged, so it is important to request the exchange 6 months in advance.
  • Sale of products in poor condition: It is important not to sell products with a damaged label, damaged product, or expired product. This is extremely important to us, so we ask you to be very aware of the expiration date of your products. If you sell products like this, you will no longer be able to participate in the program.
  • Resale of product: Reselling the product to other distributors or stores that will then resell it is not permitted. If you resell the product, you will be immediately removed from the distributor program.
  • Product exchanges for customers: Exchanges are only made for customers when there is a problem with the packaging. It is important to inspect the product in front of the customer upon delivery.
  • Testers : *Subject to availability* Mini versions of each product are sent free of charge starting with the first purchase. Only testers of the purchased products are sent. To replace mini versions, please send a photo showing the packaging is near empty, stained labels, or damaged or poor-condition products. Samples are then requested for subsequent orders.
  • Program Duration : If you go 4 months without a buyback, you will be removed from the point-of-sale map (for more information, please contact the sales representative). If you go 6 months to 1 year without a buyback and have few products, you will be removed and become an inactive customer (for more information, please contact the sales representative).
  • Repurchases : Repurchases can be made with a minimum discount and no minimum purchase amount, paying the shipping cost of $128 per order. Orders cannot be shipped directly to the end customer.
  • USE OF THE TRADEMARK

    • The TEIA COSMETICS brand and logo are property of TEIACOSMETICOS SA DE CV
    • The packaging of the products must not be altered, the label changed or the label modified.
    • It is not permitted to use the name teia to open social networks, example: @teiacosmeticosmty.
    • It is not permitted to sell products on marketplaces that are not the store's own.
