  • Shipping cost : Shipping cost is free for our distributors on purchases equal to or greater than $2,500 public price.
  • Express shipping: If you want express shipping the cost is $50, the parcel service DOES NOT guarantee delivery the next day, however it will be the service requested from the parcel, request it on our customer service WhatsApp or by mail (express shipping cannot be applied to online purchases).
  • Delivery time : Packages are sent no later than two days after you made your payment, the delivery of the package by the parcel takes between 3 and 5 business days, we do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives quickly.
  • Delivery schedule : Due to the policies of the parcel services (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Estafeta, etc.) it is not possible to establish a delivery schedule. They can make the delivery attempt from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, however you cannot choose a specific time for them to deliver the package.
  • Delivery : The parcel makes up to 3 delivery attempts to the address you specified when making your purchase. We suggest you register an address where there is always someone who can receive the package since the parcel service does not make calls to let you know that they are on the way or that they are away from home.
  • Package not received : If after 3 attempts, they do not find you at home, the parcel will take your package to the nearest branch where you can pick it up within 7 days or it will be returned to us.
  • Returned package : In the event that the package is returned to us after delivery attempts and the week it remains in the branch, we will resend your package at a cost of $113.
  • Address changes : If you want to change the address, let us know as soon as possible since we cannot make a change if the package has already been sent.


  • Payment for merchandise : Once you have placed and reviewed your order, you can make payment through bank transfer, paypal, credit card on the website.
  • Payment by transfer : If your payment is by transfer, send us the receipt or let us know that you have already made the transfer by WhatsApp or by email.
  • Payment on the website : On the website you can only make payments of less than $5,000 with a credit or debit card. To make the purchase online you must use the special codes for the discount to be applied.
  • Paypal payment: Through Paypal you can make your purchase on the website and you can pay up to $10,000 with a credit or debit card. If you do not have an account or need help, contact us and we will tell you how.


  • Products that arrived damaged: It is our responsibility to deliver the products to you in good condition, it is important that you check all the products when you receive the package so that you can notify us if something did not arrive well and replace it as soon as possible, the replacement of products has no cost to us. you.   • Products that you have damaged or about to expire : If you have products that are damaged or in poor condition and are still 6 months old, we will exchange them for you. You only need to request the change by WhatsApp or email and send us a photo of the product and the lot. You cannot sell products that have an expiration date of less than 3 months.
  • Expired product: If you have an expired product, it can no longer be sold or exchanged, which is why it is important to request the exchange 6 months in advance.
  • Sale of product in poor condition: It is important not to sell products whose label is damaged, that the product is damaged or that is expired.   • Product resale: It is not permitted to resell the product to other distributors or stores that will in turn sell the product. If you resell the product, you will be immediately unsubscribed from the distributor program.
  • Change of products to clients: Changes are only made to clients when there is a problem with the packaging, it is important to review the product before the client when delivering it to them.
  • Testers: Testers (actual size of the product) are sent in the first purchase when you buy 3 or more pieces of the same product and tone or can be purchased with a 70% discount. The testers are only sent once, that is, a tester is not sent with each purchase of 3. In the case of purchasing the tester, it can only be purchased once. If your testers are already in poor condition, you can request it again 1 year later.
  • Mini samples: Mini samples help a lot with sales since customers can try the products before making the purchase or prove that they like the tone. Every time you make a purchase you can request mini samples of the products you need.

    • Everything we publish on social networks is in accordance with current marketing strategies, so we have no obligation to repost, tag or share distributors' publications.
    • You can take photographs from our social networks and publish them, as long as it is to advertise our products.
