Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns:
In order to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This allows us to ensure that the product you receive is handled only by our team and under the highest quality standards.
As these are personal care products, returns or exchanges due to color variations are not accepted.
Defective or incorrect items:
Any defective item or item that does not correspond to your purchase order, please report it immediately via WhatsApp at +5213325977322 or email contacto@teiacosmeticos.com
It is important to file your report within the first 5 days of receiving the item, with the following information:
*Purchase number
*Product
*Reason for return
Refunds:
Refunds are typically issued within 14 days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take longer to process the refund. Why 14 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they comply with the specifications. Once the return is approved, Teia will issue a refund to the same account from which the payment was made within a couple of days.
Shipping:
Shipping is carried out within Mexico by FedEx, at a cost of $90 pesos, and for purchases over $1,200, shipping is free. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 days.
Express: This type of shipping can be quoted directly with us and you can pay the corresponding difference. Please note that next-day shipping is not available. However, delivery can be reduced to 2 or 3 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping time:
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days in total while your products are prepared, your package is prepared, and it reaches you. Once it leaves our offices, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track it.
We try to ship your package the day after your purchase, however, this may vary depending on production and holidays. Please note that FedEx may experience delays beyond the control of TEIA Cosmetics. However, we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your products on time.
What happens if I couldn't receive the order and it was returned to TEIA?
The courier companies make 3 delivery attempts. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to check references or even request that the package be sent to a courier branch. If we do not receive it, the package will be returned to TEIA. If you want us to send it again, you would have to pay for a second shipment.
Packet delays or loss:
We're happy to contact us so we can assist you in communicating with FedEx and ensure your product is delivered as quickly as possible. Please note that in the event of delays, it may take up to three days for FedEx to return the package to its destination.
If your package is lost by FedEx, we'll file a report to process the loss and confirm the loss. We'll then send you a replacement.
Remember that we work closely with FedEx to provide you with the best possible service. There are shipping issues that are beyond Teia Cosmetics' control. However, we will maintain constant communication with you to find the necessary solutions.
