Returns and Refunds Policy

How long do I have to return an order?

You can return items easily and at no additional cost within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Custom products are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned.

How can I return my order (or part of it)?

To make the return you need to send an email to hola@teiacosmeticos.com indicating the following information:

  • Purchase number
  • Product
  • Reason for return

If the request is within the established deadline, we will respond to your email with a guide to return the product.

The product must have its original packaging and not be damaged or mistreated.

When will I receive the refund?

Refunds are usually made within 14 days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card managers may take a little longer to process the deposit. Why 14 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they conform to specifications. Once the return is approved, Teia will issue a refund in a couple of days to the same account from which the payment was made.

Is it possible to exchange one product for another?

We are very sorry, we cannot accept exchanges but you can always refuse a delivery or return unwanted products, get a refund and place a new order.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy and do not apply to personalized products.

What happens if my product arrives damaged, has defects or is not the one I ordered?

If this happens, send us an email with a photograph of the damage to hola@teiacosmeticos.com within 5 calendar days after receiving the product. To return it, follow the return instructions. If you require more information about it, contact us. at 3326699318

Will my shipping costs be refunded if I return an order?

We will refund the shipping costs as long as you have returned all of the items in the order.

What happens if I could not receive the order and it is returned to TEIA?

The parcels make 3 delivery attempts, when the first attempt was not successful, we will contact you to check references or even ask that the package arrive at a parcel branch, if not received the package will be returned to TEIA, if you want For us to send it again, payment for a second shipment would have to be made.
