www.teiacosmeticos.com (hereinafter "the Website") belongs to and is operated by TEIA cosmeticos sa de cv.

Each time you place a purchase order through this Website, a sales contract will be established between you (as the user) and Teia; this contract will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as, specifically, by the General Purchase Conditions detailed below.

TEIA Cosmeticos SA de CV is a legal entity legally established under Mexican trade regulations.

Purchase Discounts:

A 30% automatic discount will be applied to all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Does not apply to other discount codes or other promotions.
Does not apply to kits that already have a discount.

Payment Options:

You can pay in 3 interest-free months using a credit card through PayPal for purchases over $1,500.
We also offer 4-month installment payments with Klarna and 4-monthly installment payments with KueskiPay.

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping on all orders over $1,500.

• Shipping cost of $50 on orders between $800 and $1,499.

• Shipping cost of $95 on purchases less than or equal to $799.

Restrictions:

This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Discounts are not valid on the purchase of Kits.

Application of Discounts:

Discounts will be automatically applied during the checkout process.
No discount code required.
By using this promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.

3. General Conditions of Purchase

3.1 Participation

All individuals over 18 years of age who make a purchase in the Online Store during the promotion period are eligible to participate in the promotions.

3.2 Exclusions

Promotions will not be applicable to:

• Clearance or discounted products
• Orders placed through sales channels other than the Online Store
• Purchases made by distributors or wholesalers

3.3 Exchanges and returns

The general exchange and return policies of the Online Store will apply.

3.4 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.

1. General Conditions of Purchase

Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before ordering products from the Teia webstore. Remember that these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are supplemented by the terms contained on the pages accessed from these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

1.1 When do these General Conditions of Purchase apply?

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all offers and agreements relating to the sale and delivery of Teia products. You must express your agreement to these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (i) by placing an order on our Website or (ii) on any website directly linked to our Website, or (iii) by accepting an offer from Teia. You may only withdraw from these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase if Teia so agrees in writing.

2. Products

Teia offers a variety of products. These include cosmetics, makeup, and hair products. The product image and trademark belong to Teia.

2.3 Requirements to sign a contract with Teia

The minimum age to purchase products through our Website is 18 years.

You warrant that the information provided to Teia in the application or order is accurate and complete.

2.1 How is the contract between Teia and the client formalized?

2.1.1 Purchase of Products

All information contained on our Website is merely an invitation to negotiate and does not in itself constitute a binding offer or contract. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products included in that order.

Teia is never obliged to accept an order. Teia has the right, at any time, to check orders in advance or reject them without providing reasons. If Teia does not confirm your order within the following ten business days, the order will be considered rejected.

All orders you place are subject to acceptance by Teia, which may reject them at its sole discretion. Here are some examples of cases in which we will not process an order:

(a) The products shown on the Website are not available;

(b) The customer's payment has not been authorized;

(c) There are restrictions affecting the shipment of the product;

(d) The products displayed on the Website contain obvious errors, such as an incorrect price or description.

Once the order has been placed, Teia will send you a confirmation email with relevant information such as the order number and details of the products ordered, as well as information regarding the shipping conditions. Acceptance of the order and, consequently, the formation of the purchase contract for non-personalized products between you and Teia will only take place when you receive an email from Teia confirming the shipment of the products.

2.2 Reservation of ownership

The delivered products will remain the property of Teia until all amounts due are paid in full, including shipping costs, whether for previous, subsequent, or partial deliveries. The buyer shall refrain from selling, disposing of, or pledging the products before full ownership has been transferred.

2.3 Product quality and maintenance

Slight color and other variations in products may occur due to image digitization, display technologies, or other technical reasons. Teia shall not be liable for these variations and deviations.

Teia recommends that you pay attention to the usage instructions specified in the description of each product. Teia will not be liable for any damage resulting from improper handling of the products, including handling contrary to the instructions.

2.4 Cancellation of orders

We can't cancel your order because we begin processing it as soon as you submit it.

2.5 Prices

The prices listed include VAT. Teia reserves the right to make price and product changes before you place your order.

Teia reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate any special offer or discount at any time.

Teia will charge the shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product and shipping method.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

2.6 Payment Methods

Teia will perform an individual credit check for each purchase in accordance with the Teia Privacy Policy. Based on the results of this check, Teia reserves the right to decline certain payment methods.

2.7 Billing

When you request an invoice from us, or when required by applicable law, Teia reserves the right to issue or provide electronic invoices, with the buyer accepting this invoicing method. If you require an invoice, please send an email to contacto@teiacosmeticos.com, indicating the purchase number.

2.8 Delivery

Teia will deliver to the address you provide within Mexico. Teia can only deliver to homes or offices.

Deliveries will be made on business days that are not holidays in the country of delivery or in the area where the Teia warehouse is located. We therefore ask our customers to inform themselves about national and local holidays in their area of residence. We suggest checking holidays for a better estimate of delivery dates.

Teia shall be entitled, to the extent reasonably possible, to make partial deliveries so that you can receive the ordered products as soon as possible. These partial deliveries will not incur additional costs. However, if you request delivery in parts, Teia will charge you the additional shipping costs. Each partial order will constitute a separate sales contract. If Teia delays the delivery of a part or part of a partial order, this will not entitle you to cancel any other deliveries of the partial order.

If Teia discovers, before formalizing the purchase agreement, that it cannot deliver the ordered products, Teia may offer you a product equivalent in quality, price, and function. You will not be obligated to accept the replacement product and may return it, if you wish, within 30 days. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by Teia (your right of withdrawal or return remains unaffected).

If Teia discovers, after formalizing the purchase agreement, that it cannot deliver the ordered products and is not responsible for this situation, Teia will have the right to terminate the purchase agreement. Teia will, of course, inform you immediately and refund all payments made.

In the event that the customer is not at home to receive the package during the attempts made by the courier or did not specify the correct address and this generates a return of the package, the customer will have to cover the second shipment or in case of wanting the return, the amount paid regarding the shipping cost will not be refunded.

2.9 Shipments:

Shipping is carried out within Mexico by FedEx, at a cost of $99 pesos, and for purchases over $1,200, shipping is free. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 days.

2.9.1 Shipping time

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days in total while your products are prepared, your package is prepared, and it reaches you. Once it leaves our offices, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track it.

We try to ship your package the day after your purchase, however, this may vary depending on production and holidays. Please note that FedEx may experience delays beyond the control of TEIA Cosmetics. However, we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your products on time.

What happens if I couldn't receive the order and it was returned to TEIA?

The courier companies make 3 delivery attempts. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to check references or even request that the package be sent to a courier branch. If we do not receive it, the package will be returned to TEIA. If you want us to send it again, you would have to pay for a second shipment.

2.9.2 Packet delays or loss:

We're happy to contact us so we can assist you in communicating with FedEx and ensure your product is delivered as quickly as possible. Please note that in the event of delays, it may take up to three days for FedEx to return the package to its destination.

If your package is lost by FedEx, we'll file a report to process the loss and confirm the loss. We'll then send you a replacement.

Remember that we work closely with FedEx to provide you with the best possible service. There are shipping issues that are beyond Teia Cosmetics' control. However, we will maintain constant communication with you to find the necessary solutions.

2.10 Returns and exchanges

In order to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This allows us to ensure that the product you receive is handled only by our team and under the highest quality standards.

As these are personal care products, returns or exchanges due to color variations are not accepted.

2.11 Damaged or defective products

Quality is paramount to Teia. We thoroughly test all our products under real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed. Teia is legally obligated to ensure that its products comply with the sales contract.

It is important to file your report within the first 5 days of receiving the item, with the following information:

*Purchase number

*Product

*Reason for return

Teia's quality control department will inspect returned products. If the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we promise to refund the full cost of the defective product.

If the problem is due to causes unrelated to the quality of the material or the production process, we will return the product to you in the original condition. We do not refund products:

• If they have not been obtained on our Website
• If they have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, fire, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
• If they have been damaged by misuse or by activities other than the intended purpose

The shelf life of any Teia product is specified on its packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds are typically issued within 14 days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take longer to process the refund. Why 14 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they comply with the specifications. Once the return is approved, Teia will issue a refund to the same account from which the payment was made within a couple of days.

4. Use of the Website

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Website Terms and Conditions of Use”) carefully before using this Website and any Teia content on social media (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram) (collectively, “the Website”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and use of the Website, as well as to the Content (as defined below), information, recommendations, products, and/or services offered on or through the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, in addition to any other laws or regulations applicable to the Website and the Internet. Except as otherwise indicated in specific documents on the Website, you are authorized to view, reproduce, print, and download Content found on the Website solely for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. Teia reserves the right to subcontract, transfer, assign, or donate all or any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, provided that the user's rights under these Terms and Conditions are not affected. You may not subcontract, assign, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without Teia's written consent.

5.7 Events beyond reasonable control

Teia shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where the delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control or control.

5.8 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Mexican law.

Mexican law will apply to the sales contract.

You and Teia submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Mexican courts.
