Pumpkin Spice Latte - Healthy

We have found a healthy version with an Ayurvedic touch of this delicious drink that instead of feeling belly pain, inflammation and energy drops after drinking it, you feel a hug and comfort throughout your body and if you live in a place where It's cold because of internal heat.


  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 nails
  • 3 balls of whole black pepper
  • 3 pinches of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 medjool date


  1. Toast the cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg and cloves until their aroma comes out, stirring constantly.
  2. Heat the milk without boiling it.
  3. Blend all the spices, milk, water, dates, vanilla and pumpkin puree
