Orders are shipped within two days of payment. Delivery by courier takes between 3 and 5 business days.

• Payment by Transfer: Send proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
• Payment on the Website with a Debit or Credit Card: For purchases under $5,000, use special codes to apply discounts.
• Website Payment with PayPal: Purchases up to $10,000; contact TEIA for assistance if necessary.

• Products Damaged Upon Receipt : Notify immediately for free replacement.
• Damaged or Expiration-Close Products : If they are within 6 months of expiration, they can be exchanged; products with less than 3 months of validity cannot be sold.
• Expired Product : Cannot be sold or exchanged; it is important to request exchanges 6 months in advance.
• Selling Damaged Products : Do not sell products with damaged, damaged, or expired labels; doing so may result in exclusion from the distributor program.
• Product Resale : Resale to other distributors or stores is prohibited; failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of the program.
• Testers : Mini versions of purchased products are sent, subject to availability. For replacements, please send evidence of finished or damaged packaging.
